BETLAH tries to maintain service stable and always on, however there may be occasions when it goes down for maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. BETLAH is not responsible for any problems that come up.

Limits on Jurisdiction

Some features or services may not be available to users in some places. You are responsible for making sure that using BETLAH is legal where you live.

Financial Transactions

Deposits

You can make deposits using the payment methods that are allowed on the platform. Deposits must all go through accounts that are in your own name. BETLAH may keep or look at transactions that have been marked as having strange patterns.

No Responsibility For

  • Unauthorized account access resulting from weak passwords
  • Service interruptions beyond BETLAH’s control
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from force majeure events

Account Suspension & Termination

Reasons for Suspension

Accounts may be put on hold for a number of reasons, such as:

  • Strange behavior
  • Making more than one account
  • Taking advantage of deals
  • Cheating behavior
  • Breaking these Terms

Permanent Ending

Permanent termination may happen if there are serious violations or repeated misuse. BETLAH has the right to reject service at any time.

Closing by the User

You can ask for closure at any time. Once an account has been closed, it must be approved by BETLAH Support before it may be reopened.

Appeals

You can appeal if you think your account was wrongfully suspended. BETLAH will look over your case and let you know what they decide.

The Law That Rules
